How Does Shipping Work?

Smrodcats partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting cat products. This means that your order is shipped from our international warehouse, and sometimes even direct from the source!

We ship with various trusted partners including, but not limited to, Fedex/USPS/EMS China/Hong Kong Post.

Because we ship internationally, your item may take 1-5 weeks to arrive, depending on shipping options. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)

We offer wordlwide international shipping options too - no matter where you are, you can buy from us!

How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?

You can track your order status here, on our aftership page.

After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to one of our fulfillment centers where your items ship within 2-5 business days.

Why Am I Missing Items?

Because we ship directly from our international warehouse and/or partners in many countries, sometimes the products in your order are shipped separately from different locations.

Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!
